AARP Tax-AideFree Training! Be a tax Hero!  AARP Foundation Tax-Aide seeks new volunteers to become IRS certified tax counselors.

The Heritage Public Library System is pleased to announce a new partnership with the AARP Foundation's Tax Aide Program to offer free tax return preparation services for the 2025 tax season at its New Kent and Charles City branches.  This initiative will assist community members in preparing and e-filing their federal and state tax returns at no cost, with help from IRS-certified tax Counselors.
